A clinical-grade workflow system that helps Klinik Dr Gian's nurses and doctors coordinate home visits, capture assessments, generate care reports, and keep families informed. Built for the care needs of older adults — Mini-CGA, fall risk, vital signs, environmental safety.

You probably arrived from a WhatsApp message

If a family member or caregiver received a WhatsApp message from us with a link to a care report, the link points to a verification page that confirms the document is authentic — generated by the clinic, not edited after the fact, and tied to a real visit.

The verification page is reached directly from the link in the message; you do not need to sign in here. If the link does not work, please contact the clinic.

For clinic staff

Klinik Dr Gian staff sign in via the button at the top right. Accounts are provisioned by the practice administrator — there is no self-service signup.

Privacy & data

The system holds personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (as amended 2024) of Malaysia. We disclose what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how data subjects can exercise their rights:
